Good Luck My Ironman Canada Friends

This time last year I was one of those people standing at the edge of the water waiting for the cannon to go off for Ironman Canada 2008.  How things have changed.  I'm now living in Australia and one step away from being totally out of shape.

On Sunday Aug 30th, 2009 several of my friends will be taking part in Ironman Canada 2009.  I wish them all the very best day possible with the conditions that they are given.  May they find fast feet to follow in the water, may the wind always be at their back for the ride, and may they run like the Kenyans.
